The Saudi Arabian Amiantit Company (Amiantit) was established in1968 in Dammam in The Kingdom of Saudi

Arabia to manufacture fiber pipes for water, sewage, oil & other Industrial Applications. SAP has been

implemented in year 2001 to meet their Business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Resolving the day-to-day maintenance calls, solving the service request raised by the end user.

• Handling and resolving tickets in the given time period.

• Providing instant solutions to the client/end user on the severity of the issues.

• Modification or Enhancements in the Current systems there by meeting the end user requirement by

coordination with application development team

• Configuration as per SD Functional requirement Specification from client.

• This position has been filled basically to reduce the number of support tickets to a reasonable level.

Castings, Pump Castings, and Wind Mill Castings. The modules covered are FICO, SD, MM, PP and QM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participated in complete end to end implementation with emphasis on ASAP

methodology

• Prepared the blue print document by conducting the business workshops with the BPO's

• Customized the Organizational elements pertinent to Sales and distribution like

Enterprise structure, Partner determination, Account assignment groups
