Global IT Project Manager, Consultant
Notable Accomplishments: Office Automation Engineering Division
Merger & Acquisitions – Global IT Project Manager for all corporate merger and acquisition-related technology initiatives and
integration projects. Responsible for delivery of complex Day1 Close and Day2~100 technical work streams per HR, Finance,
Legal and IT requirements. Led the Office Automation (Messaging, Desktop), Network and Firewall teams towards Day1-
readiness in the following company acquisitions/mergers: Euronext (2007), Archipelago (2006), NYFIX (2009), TransactTools
(2007), Wombat (2008), Amex (2009) and ICE (2013).
Enterprise-Wide AD Migrations & Windows 7 – Project Lead directly responsible for the NetWare-to-AD desktop/laptop
migration for 2000+ NYSE Group users in U.S and Asia. After the acquisition to NYSE Euronext, another major initiative as
global IT project lead for the migration of 4500+ users to Windows 7 and MS Office 2010 in U.S, EU and EMEA. Both
migrations involved working with various groups to address over 150 complex internal and external regulatory applications.
Strategic System Architectures – Proposed to the BCP Committee a Post-9/11 enterprise solution to meet Board and SEC
mandates. Successfully provided POC and then led the project for production implementation of an enterprise business
continuity solution with Citrix Metaframe. In addition to business continuity, the solution facilitated working-from-home and
Day1 deliverables future merger & acquisition activities. Named “2006 IT Vision Achievement Award” by CTO.
Initiated, secured budget approval and engineered a SAN-attached virtualization solution using VMware ESX. Worked
tirelessly with internal management and various IT groups to solicit their buy-in for this relatively new technology. Achieved
cost reductions and minimized TCO in the legacy HW provision model via server consolidations for DEV, QA and PROD
environments. Both Citrix and VMware are now critical production infrastructures within the corporate enterprise.
Enterprise Collaboration – Responsible for the POC, training, daily user/site support and successful implementation of NYSE’s
first collaborative platform: SharePoint 2007. The platform’s success led to the recent migration to SharePoint 2010.
Responsibilities include project oversight including L1/L2 enterprise support for, but not limited to: implementing SharePoint as
a SaaS model, assisting business units with their team sites, site collection oversight, training, page customizations, Office 2010
integration, InfoPath Forms, document & list libraries and site governance.
Singapore Data Center – Responsible for leading the build-out effort of a new access center to facilitate and centralize the office
automation of all NYSE Euronext Asia offices: Manila, Tokyo, Beijing, Hong Kong and Singapore. The project required
managing capital and operational expenditures, working with diverse internal and external groups to meet tight deadlines with
challenging time zones. Upon completion, the build-out facilitated the next phase of the project – NYSE implementation of
standards and policies through integration and Windows 7 migration efforts.
IT Chargeback Model – Project managed the implementation process of IT chargebacks and service level indicators for the
Oracle data warehouse project on IBM. Engineered the IT algorithm models to facilitate department chargebacks and manage
the efficient distribution of computing resources and assets per Finance executives.
MFR Team Lead – Lead an operations team of 8 personnel overseeing day-to-day project, support and regulatory deliverables
for the Member Firm Regulatory division.

• Redesign the current Force Management Systems through a re-engineering process using object-oriented
technology. Assisted in the design of an extensive and flexible reporting subsystem implementing the Shlaer-

case tools in a Sun client/server environment. Responsible for installing and evaluating GUI development
