Major Duties/ Responsibilities
Maintenance Activities;
I am responsible for streamlining the maintenance systems of E&I. NBL have
Blowing
machines with capacity 16000 bottles/hr. In this regard I plan weekly
maintenance for Blowing, Labeling and beverage machines from E&I's
perspective.
I am also responsible for the upkeep of the machines PLC systems and their
HMIs
and pneumatic systems to name a few. I have also planned regular
inspections of
the motors which gives us a snap-shot of the condition of all the motors on
a
weekly basis.
Troubleshooting & Inventory maintain
Preparation of data sheets. Spare parts updating, record keeping and
identifying by using of inventory maintain software and troubleshoot E&I
issues in minimum time. Understand E&I drawings and troubleshoot issues
through them. Repairing of electronic cards & machine parts. Update machine
drawings & manuals. Arrange Quotations & manage stock of imported parts for
our imported machines.
