various types of transportation modes are small package rates, HW rates,

LTL rates, Unit rates. Also involved with discounts, Accessorial and fuel

schedules.

coverage. Members enrolled with amex visit health service providers such

as Specialists, Hospital to receive healthcare. Each visit that a member

makes to a Provider is called Encounter. Depending on plan type the may

not need a referral. When the member visits the provider will file a claim

with amex.

applications like ADBoR, CDBoR, PMA, CUSTOMER BATCH, Invoice, and UPS.

ADBoR was designed to be the point of truth for Australian addresses

against a corporate database composed of lists from Australian post and

Cable Plant Records; CPR is the point of truth for physical addresses.

Customer Batch is an application to receive the Customer's

billing related Requests and processes. It also provides support to

customer can decide how his invoice has to be. It has about 10 interface

systems to receive the customer requests.
