Dear Rehabilitation Manager
This letter is in response to the Physical Therapist Assistant position listed in the Valley News. I am a graduate of
New Hampshire Community Technical College as well as Franklin Pierce University. I have worked for the past five
years in a private practice outpatient clinic, and have experience in rehabilitation in a skilled nursing facility.
I am a versatile employee who works well under pressure and offers proficiency in the areas of outpatient physical
therapy. In the last six years I have enhanced my manual therapy skills, as well as taken the lead of the aquatics
program. In the last two years I took a Physical Therapist Assistant Student, which was an amazing experience. I loved
sharing my passion for physical therapy. I believe that all therapists should work as a team educating each other to
increase the outcomes of our patients. I feel that it is important to empower my patients to achieve their therapy goals.
My experience working independently as well as in a team environments to provide patients with the highest quality of
care has contributed to the development of my skills as a professional and earned the respect of my peers. I have strong
work values and believe that everyone deserves to be treated with the utmost respect. I enjoy assisting and educating
my patients in achieving their therapy goals.
The accompanying resume can give you an idea of my potential for making a valuable contribution to your company.
I would like to bring my experience and enthusiasm to learn and grow at your facility. I would like to arrange a time
to meet with you. The best way for you to reach me is 603-***-****; you can also email me at

Thank you for your time and consideration.
