• Responsibilities included facilitating anger management to distressed inmates. Developed individual treatment plans that coincided with the individual’s drug and criminal needs. Created individual goals and objectives for assigned inmates. Instructed inmates in group sessions with the intention of initiating cognitive restructuring. Other responsibilities included:

o Introduced inmates to the 12 Steps
