• Deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom on a USSOCOM special Surveillance Program

providing real time Tactical and Operational Intelligence, surveillance & reconnaissance. (PGSS)

• Launched / Recovered / Operated 22m aerostat equipped with MX-15i camera while forward deployed in

conjunction with the British Army in Afghanistan.

• Preformed helium calculations to ensure safe flight pressures of aerostat while maintaining a fine balance purity,

achieving maximum flight time.

• Completed and planned corrective and preventive maintenance using signal flow diagrams, technical manuals, and

schematics.

• Collected imagery intelligence to correlate with geo-spacial analysis of the operating area using the MX-15i

camera’s electro-optical wide, narrow, and infrared lenses.

• Responsible for the inventory and 100% Accountability of 5 million dollars of equipment.

square miles and 69,000 personnel, DOD civilians and contractors.
