O&M, and planning of 100 buildings. My staff or I oversaw construction of

electrical distribution, switch gear, plants, building management systems,

DDCs, energy and water projects. I led electrical and HVAC engineering

staff to plan and deliver projects on time and under budget. My complex

led NASA in energy and water reductions. I lead project integration for

NASA and worked closely with the Army, Corp of Engineers and NAVFAC SW.

? Led initiatives and staff to implement energy and water conservation

measures, install power plant

controllers, switchgear, water telemetry, and a 4.5 MVA UPS for the

entire NASA center.

? Excelled in EWMFR audit and served as the Acting Complex Manager of

180 staff to prepare and execution Goldstone's first IFO audit. I

received a B+ rating from NASA's Associate Administrator.

? Deputy Project Manager for a $5.6M "World's Toughest Fix" to extend

the service life of NASA's largest antenna. This involved lifting a

6.2 million pound, 230 foot wide antenna structure.
