Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Hayward, CA; August 2012 to Present. Designed
and implemented healthcare compliance auditing and monitoring
programs. Conducted compliance risk assessment, identifying gaps,
instituting internal controls and developing annual work plan.
Developed specific audit programs and testing methodologies to
addresses identified control weaknesses and mirror industry benchmarks
and Corporate Integrity Agreement requirements. Subject matter expert
on PhRMA Code, FDA and HHS/OIG rules and guidelines. Designed,
