Role:

. Overseeing maintenance activities for 6Hi Reversible Mill, Pickling

Lines, Acid Reg. Plant (Fluidized Bed)

Highlights:

. Played a key role in increasing line speed for HRPO coils in Pickling

line from 80mpm to 130mpm by providing innovative idea and implementation

without investment i.e. carried out through in house used material.

. Demonstrated excellence in reducing break down /down time from 4% to 1.7%

by scheduling and carrying out preventive/predictive maintenance and

increasing inspection activity

. Managed expansion project for increasing Acid Regeneration plant capacity

from 4KL/hr to 5Kl/hr; completed Modification in continuous Pickling line

scrap chopper to reduce line down time due scrap chopper.
