Responsibilities: All suppliers' components and packaging, line
layout and tooling, early build coordination, customer interface.
Achievements: Successfully launched all models on schedule while
maintaining production costs under budget in category, labor,
tooling, etc.
2000 - 2002 Inergy Automotive - Troy, MI - Corporate Cost Reduction team
Co-leader for North American operations.
Achievements: Successfully led team to implement cost reductions of
$7.2M in current fiscal year and $15.4M over the life of existing
programs.
Reduced tooling cost of one new project by >$500k and set in place
a methodology to improve cost efficiency for all new programs.
- Ramos-Arizpe, Mexico - Launch Coordinator of new plant from bare floor
to five full fuel tank production lines in six months.
Achievements: Successfully launched facility and made it the most
cost effective (least scrap and quality issues) of Inergy's North
American plants

Responsibilities: All day-to-day operations for a 3 shift facility

1991 - 2000 Walbro Automotive - Ligonier, IN - Contract Project Manager to
resolve issues on Stainless Steel fuel rail project for Ford -
Cologne, Germany.
Achievements: Resolved major issues and successfully launched 4.0L
fuel rail project that became their largest volume, highest margin
rail.
