accounting software for financial reporting tool. Responsible for all financial components as they relate to cash

Responsible for managing the complete financial operations of this 122-room boutique hotel consisting of nine retail

units. Responsibilities include, maintaining ownership relationship, preparing consolidated monthly P&L statement for

Hotel & Restaurant and separate reporting on the retail profits. Forecasting income and expenses through to EBITDA;

Annual budget preparation, prepared weekly forecast reports, capital budgets and CapEx funding. Provided financial

and budgeting assistance to all discipline managers as required; manage semi-monthly payroll and related benefits.

Monthly review of balance sheet reconciliations; produce month end reports for Home Office and hotel’s Ownership

group. B&O tax reporting and quarterly returns. Administration of annual KPMG audit. Managed accounting staff of

four personnel. Member of the executive team reporting to the General Manager and a direct report to regional VP of

Finance.
