Experience
SAP Programmer. Bryce Corporation. 03/2010 - 01/2012.
Maintained custom ABAP sub-systems that were running on top of the
MM/PP/SD/FI/CO modules. Designed, created, tested and implemented a
workflow system that managed purchase order approvals.
. This project had been attempted twice in the past and failed due to
its complexity. I delivered a solution that was fully-customizable,
scalable and secure, thereby giving management control over their
entire P.O. process.
Director, Internship Program. Orphanos Foundation. 01/2005 - 09/2008.
Developed international, internship program which served the needs of
children-at-risk in Latin America. Developed administrative infrastructure,
risk assessment tools, promotional strategies, and training curriculum for
interns and hosts. Maintained relationships with international partners,
which required travel and cross-cultural sensitivity.
. During my tenure, this program grew 300%. It was my responsibility to
elicit and meet requirements for all stakeholders (interns, hosts,
children, churches, governments, donors and business units such as the
Board of Directors).

support for SAP modules MM/PP/SD/FI/CO. Wrote ABAP reports, interfaces,
function modules and BDC's. Also provided VB, ABAP, pass-thru SQL and UNIX
support for Foreign Trade Zone application used in Logistics.
. Most significant accomplishment was the design and implementation of a
production control/quality assurance application which was
instrumental in gaining ISO accreditation. Worked closely with QA
Engineers and Executive Management to gather requirements, evaluate
project feasibility, develop acceptance test cases and train end-
users. Designed front-end functionality and back-end database schema.
Contract Programmer. Smith and Nephew, USHC. 08/1997 - 12/1998.
Supported Smith and Nephew's first legacy migration to SAP. Wrote ABAP
reports and functions for SD, MM and FI. Wrote conversion programs for LIS
structures and maintained update rules. Built functional areas and queries
within ABAP Query.
SAP Developer. International Paper. 12/1996 - 07/1997.

module. Supported legacy migrations by designing, coding and testing: ABAP
programs, data conversions, interfaces to legacy systems. Analyzed and
optimized program performance. Audited system for conformance to project
standards.
. Here I was afforded the opportunity to work on the MM project team
instead of being left to work in the programmer pool. We rapidly
accomplished three (3) implementations in newly acquired business
units.
