Mechanical Engineer (Execution): Decebmer-2011- till date in projects

Projects Undertaken: Currently involved in Engineering, Production,

Erection & Commissioning of Parabolic Troughs and associated Solar

structures for 50 MW MEIL CSP Solar Thermal Power Plant at Ananthapur,

Andhra Pradesh India.

Responsibilities:

V To assist the project head in the preparation of the project execution

schedules and allocating the resources for the project to ensure

successful completion of the project meeting time, quality and cost

parameters.

V Preparation of required materials related to the project and

procurement, monitoring of production status etc.

V Responsible as an ENGINEER for interacting with the plant staff and

understanding the requirements for the project and overall management

with respective departments for successful implementation of the

project.

V Preparing schedule for orderly running of plant.

V Preparing project schedule & identifying milestones of the project for

orderly completion of activities in the decided timelines.

V Technical Evaluation and Recommendation for Mechanical Utilities

equipments in co-ordination with the vendors and the project execution

team.

V Attend Internal Review meetings and technical discussions with

execution team.

V Perform Pre-commissioning, Commissioning activities

V Maintained effective working relationships with field crews,

contractors, vendors, outside agencies, the public and staff members.

V Coordinate with consultants for getting full information as required

for the project implementation.

V Good knowledge of the pneumatic equipment of the process operating

plants.

V Ensure compliance with safety requirements and standards procedures.

V Worked and coordinated with companies like IDOM (Spain), TOX

PRESSOTECHNIQUE & ALBIASA SOLAR.

V Manufacturing of Hydraulic Cylinders for 50 MW CSP Thermal Power

Plant.

V Manufacturing of GAS Turbine's DUCTS for BHEL Gas Turbines, KRIBCO &

NIPCO.

V Manufacturing of Atmospheric Relief Valves for M/s PENNA Cements.
