Transition the spa manufacturing processes from Chino California to Tijuana Mexico. Managed and led

t he activities of a team made up of eight former employees to start up the operation with new employees

f rom Mexico. Develop a facility and culture to manufacture spas with the highest quality and customer

service at a profitable level.

• Hi red and t rained a team of employees in key processes to become future t rainers and team

builders as we developed.

• Successfully launched a 1/3 the operation process, vacuum forming, panel assembly, fiberglass

resin application and drilling producing and delivering quality product within a three month

period to Chino, CA for final assembly.

• Implemented 6’s and lean manufacturing concepts to establish a culture to operate to a world class

operation.

• Participated in the final t ransition and set up of equipment, assembly lines in 2009 to meet a 100%

of all spa manufacturing in 2010.

business operations in Mexico

• Achieved Roll Throughput Yield goal of 72% to 78% utilizing lean manufacture concepts.
