Responsible for weekly accounts payable, including meeting with President of company

to discuss cash flow, entering bills, writing checks and coding to correct General Ledger

account. Verify daily deposits and use remote deposit software to get checks into bank

account. Enter agent charges weekly and send out monthly statements. Close real estate

transactions in proprietary software and pay agents and any third party vendors, after

receiving check from Title Company. Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including

bank statements. Prepare monthly financial statements and related reports. Work with

CPA on year end reporting for tax purposes and make adjusting entries. Send out 1099’s

to appropriate vendors. Work for and Tomlinson Sotheby’s International Realty and

Tomlinson Real Estate Group corporate.

2012 – Current Accountant Cedar Street Bridge Sandpoint, ID

Responsible for monthly billing to tenants. Verify deposits of rents and apply to correct

invoice. Perform accounts payable on a monthly basis. Perform balance sheet
