equipment necessary to receive, prepare for flight and maintain Sikorsky UH-60L/M aircraft through

customer acceptance. Responsible for the safety, quality, timeliness and cost efficiency to meet

customer deadlines, as well as the leadership, training, pay, scheduling and discipline of all assigned

personnel.

o Selected as lead supervisor to train and mentor off shift supervisors

o Improved delivery time to contract from 35% in Q1 and Q2, to 94% in Q3 and Q4, 2011

o Improved UAE UH-60M flow hours by 33% with a Q3 and Q4 average of 1236 hours

Army Reserves/National Guard (9/2010 – 12/2013)

• Executive officer of 320 personnel in charge of managing SE Africa profile for all Civil Affairs planning

and readiness exercises. Deployed to Malawi Africa to assess security and establish NGO contacts

for the 2011 MEDREACH humanitarian excercise in SE Africa.

• AH-64D pilot with, in excess of 2,000 total hours R/W flight time and 1,500 combat hours.

Active Duty Army (2000 – 9/2010)

-Chief of Staff and Assistant Professor of Military Science, Syracuse University (2007 – 2010)

• Principle manager for daily operations, overseeing a 14 member primary staff in three locations.

Ensured all planning processes, personnel support and budgeting occurred to support the training of

137 students. Chief liaison to Syracuse University for the Army. Conducted the professional

development of 14 primary staff members. Taught, mentored and coached students through a

leadership and values based curriculum, including organizational development theories.

Implemented knowledge management strategies within the organization.

-Attack Reconnaissance Company Commander and Pilot in Command, Tikrit, Iraq (2006 – 2007)

• Commander responsible for planning, resourcing and leading 24 hour operations for 15 months of

sustained combat operations. Managed the unscheduled repair, as well as, routine maintenance of

$208 million of equipment, including 8 AH-64 Longbow aircraft. Directly supported 8 ground units and

the training, morale and welfare of 36 direct report personnel.

o Promoted to Major Below the Zone (1 of 2 Year Group 2000 Apache aviators promoted

ahead of peers)

o Received highest rating out of 42 separate company commanders rated by the Brigade

Commander

o Had the highest Fully Mission Capable rating in the battalion for aircraft maintenance

-Battalion Adjutant, Fort Hood, TX (2005 - 2006)

• Principle Manager for all HR actions- including placement, promotion, pay and records

keeping for 420 associates. Supervised and provided over-site for manning requirements,

retirement programs and transitional personnel.

o Only staff section to receive a 100% rating on the 2005 Command Inspection Programs

-Assistant Operations Officer, Fort Bragg, NC (2003 – 2005)

• Planned, resourced and managed helicopter training operations. Coordinate all actions as the unit

liaison for ground and air operations. Directly reported to the commander as the pre-deployment

coordinator of all necessary resources to receive 420 personnel, 24 helicopters and all ground

equipment at host sites away from home station. Chief adviser to supported units for the employment

of helicopter support and aviation operations.

o Selected as OIC for all Advance Party Operations

o Served as interim Operations Officer as the junior officer in the shop while a Major was

resourced

Lieutenant, US Army

-Platoon Leader and Flight Lead, Kabul, Afghanistan (2002 – 2003)

• Trained and lead 9 pilots and aircraft maintainers in combat operations. Responsible for the

maintenance and readiness of $70 million of equipment including 4 AH-64A Apaches.

o Designated by the Task Force Commander as Battalion Flight Lead

o Recognized as leading the best Scout Platoon in the Battalion

-Student, Aviation Officer Basic Course, Fort Rucker, AL (2000 – 2002)

• Learned the theory of flight, basic aircraft systems, weather analysis, and physiological effects of
