Scheduling and Inventory/Stock for the chemical, fibers and resins

industry. Experienced with execution of all phases of capital program

including scope definition, authorization, design, project planning and

scheduling, procurement, construction and start-up. Senior skill level in

design of high pressure steam and utility piping systems for PTA and

polymer processes. Effective management skills directing other designers

and leading project teams.

. Obtained FBI and Department of Defense clearance for two previous jobs.

. Manager of DAK Americas' seven Planning and Scheduling specialists,

directing progress in personal development of team members, driving

change in job plans and part kitting that resulted in increased savings

for the four business units on the site. By becoming more efficient, we

were able to increase mechanic wrench time by 35%.

. Manager of DAK Americas' four Inventory specialists, focusing our efforts

on reducing stores stock by identifying obsolete parts, readily available

parts from suppliers and identifying Demand vs. Stock items. Total

savings over the past 2 years is $541K.

Resins for the Cape Fear Site. Project spends at that time was in the $10

Million range. Implemented a capital server folder structure for all

Project Engineers to view their respective project in real time while

tracking their cost and construction progress. My team utilized Microsoft

project for project scheduling. I achieved an 88% success rate my first

year for projects on or below budget. 4 of the 33 project written by my

group exceeded budget primarily due to scope change orders.

. Manager of DAK Americas' Falcon Database program. When DAK bought this

site from DuPont in 2002, we were give a few months to identify, request

and receive all engineering documents from DuPont. Spearheaded this

effort and chose the management software for our business. Lead the

entire effort with the drawing identification process, implementation and
