Water Distribution System upgrades to a two (2) million-dollar

Scheduled, coordinated and inspected labor to meet specifications and
contact agreements for this $38.5 million design/build project encompassing
a seven-story, 161,300 sf building housing seven courtrooms and their
support spaces.
1000 Cell Federal Detention Center Brooklyn, N.Y. Completion of a
defaulted general contractor's contract on a 500,000 sf hi-rise prison
within strict cost and time restraints.
New York Historical Society New York, Luce Center: a 10,000-square-foot
permanent display archive floor. Coordinate and schedule for a converted
an existing floor for upgrades for permanent display show case rooms. Job
Cost 13 Million Dollars.
American Museum of Natural History New York, Ornithology Department
Renovations. This 32,110 sf, phased project involves relocating existing
office and storage components to take better advantage of the available
floor area and exterior exposure. A major demolition and reconstruction
program has been instituted in three phases to minimize the disruption to
the department's activities.

Horace Mann School Riverdale, N.Y. Supervised all field activities for the
foundation work to upgrade the school's physical and academic facilities.

DDC: Schools Capitol Improvement on Several Schools (PS60, PS119 & PS 10)
New York Improvements on brickwork conducted on parapet walls and
copingstone. Installation of new roofs manages all architectural and MEP
trades.
Old Boys High School Brooklyn; Exterior restoration of a 100-year-old
landmark school including wood window restoration, masonry repair and
restoration, roof replacement, ornamental metal and asbestos abatement.
Work also included removal of an old coalbunker; the addition of new
boilers including all new HVAC. Supervised all architectural and MEP

Gowanus Houses, Brooklyn; Scheduling, coordinating and inspecting labor
during the renovation of 1,139 occupied apartments, of which 5% will be

NYNEX Emergency Roof Repair Brooklyn, Emergency roof repair on a 1,600 sf
section of roof. Replaced all damaged HVAC units. 2 Million Dollar Cost.

Sofitel Hotel New York, 15,800-square-foot T-shape hotel for 400 guest
rooms, including 51 suites, a 130-seat brasserie-style restaurant, a 2,500-
square-foot grand ballroom and seven other meeting rooms; a lobby with
