Ammonia Refrigeration (6 Technicians with 1 Manager), Freshwater & Waste Water (5 Technicians with 1

Manager), Electrician & Systems, (8 Technicians with 1 Supervisor) and Parts Room (4 Clerks).

Assign ownership and responsibility throughout the maintenance department.

Preventive and Predictive Maintenance program in SAP.

Worked with SAP software to manage parts room inventory (Value over $400,000 and turned 5+ time per

year) Schedule work orders, tracked equipment cost and maintained a maintenance zero based budget.

(M&R $80,000+ per week, Labor $75,000 per week)

Schedule rebuild for the primary equipment. Compared cost of ownership of equipment to justify new

equipment and how new-improve equipment can reduce production labor and/or help productivity.

project and draw the department out in AutoCAD. We would place processing equipment and expanded the

plant to make sure they and I understand the scope of the project, discussing safety concerns, ergonomics

and product flow. Gathered information and wrote the scope of work for the project(s). Held bid meeting

with contractors to get quotes and submit a capital project budget request. Coordinated with production and

contractors to schedule work and to meet deadlines. Ran the project from start to finish and always finished

at or under budget, on time with no production time lost.

Set in on Union negotiations to discuss pay, work schedule, training, and other union functions.

Worked with the Plant Manager(s) to gather real-time productivity data, like water usage, line efficacy,

yield(s), temps and alarms.

Maintenance training: Welding, Hydraulic, Electrical, Mechanical Concepts, Equipment Safety, LOTO,

and work with venders for specialized equipment training.
