A seasoned professional engineer having more than 15 years of successful and solid accomplishments
in construction management, developing structural design and production of architectural/structural
precast concrete envelope, structural restoration, and value engineering analysis (VE). Goal- oriented
and organizes others to achieve peak performance.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
STRUCTURAL DESIGN
Developed structural design for multi -story commercial and residential buildings including
precast concrete exterior wall in compliance with the applicable building codes and industry
standards.
Provided expertise/advice in planning and design of projects regarding the control of potential
health and safety hazards. Enforced application of OHSA.
Conceived pre-cast concrete systems and structural steel alternatives for some of site-cast
concrete elements of structures to reduce project costs and schedule.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
I mplemented a mission-oriented strategy for directing and coordinating human and material
resources through-out the construction phases of the project to achieve predetermined
objectives of scope, cost and quality.
I nvestigated project sites to correlate the plans with existing conditions to determine the
problems and opportunities at the site and to make the necessary professional decisions.
Developed an effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts among the
various construction trades.
VALUE ENGINEERING ANALYSIS
Analyzed projects’ challenges. Generated alternatives and optimum solutions (such as precast
Concrete) that would achieve the essential function, reliably, at lower cost and longer life cycle.
Performed studies into improving safety, necessary repairs and alterations in buildings envelopes
and infrastructure to keep completed facilities in services.
Conducted ongoing research on the most up-to-date construction methods, equipment and
product trends on the international market and studied their impact on design.
Performed an assessment for the materials and items required for use in subject project.

STRUCTURAL REHABILITATION
I nvestigated and diagnosed symptoms of distress and rate of deterioration in building
envelope and for structures such as Arenas, Parking Structures, Schools and Industrial
Establishments.
Conducted analytical assessment and appropriate tests to identify the problems
developed and the most cost-efficient practical methods for upgrading or
rehabilitation.
Designed remedial measures for rehabilitation. Presented the findings and
methodologies of rehabilitation in written technical reports. Supervised and reviewed
on-site restoration/rehabilitation projects.
