My time at Partners Management Inc. consisted of opening and closing our
office, making appointments and answering phone calls. I also managed rent
that was due and kept up with all late fees. When needed I filed and
prepared to represent the company at court for evictions. As properties
were vacated I prepared on HAR and Yardi. I managed all work orders,
prepared leases and filed for all the tenants. I managed storage facility
deposits using SiteLink, that the company owned as well as deposited all
cash and checks. I worked as a team with weekly meetings reporting our
chance for improvements and made power point slides and charts to ensure
increase in paid rent.

phones, setting agents appointments, inventory on our office supplies, make

certain tenant. I managed agents, update licenses, filling of agents
commissions, assist the broker, talk with the title company and send any
