. Responsible for the SDLC and Quality Assurance (QA) of the Official
Airlines Guide (OAG) queries and reports to enable the generation of
reports in response to requests for information regarding the OAG.
Converted the Air Traffic Activity Data System (ATADA) from ORACLE to
Windows application.
. Provided systems Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) and
Quality Assurance (QA) in support services for the development of the
Consolidated Operational Delay Analysis System (CODAS). This system
allowed staff to assemble and analyze data related to commercial
airline flight delays.
. Responsible for the completion of the Overflight Accounts Receivable
Management Information System (OARMIS). This system was designed to
generate, issue, and track, bills to operators of over flight
aircraft. The system assisted the FAA in recovering directly from
users the cost of providing air traffic services to aircraft which
over fly the U.S. operated airspace, but do not take off or land in
the U.S. The principal function of OARMIS was to generate bills;
maintain accounts payable data, and interface with DAFIS. The
Department of Transportation's Accounting System was ordered to
transmit electronical accounts receivable balances; and balances; and
generate ad-hoc queries and standard reports all over the internet
using Deltek,Visual Basic, MS Access, Java Script, C++, and HTML.
. Responsible for the delivery of support documentation including
cabling plants.
. Performed systems backups ensuring the proper operation of the LAN
telecommunications gateways such as the Remote Async gateway, FOB 10A
Fiber Backbone, and API backbone network connection; and ensuring
