7/02 - 01/05: Sears Holdings Order Filling Operations Manager:
Responsible for the processing of the schedule in the Casepack, Repack, and
Kmart Fashions.
. Brought pantry merchandise back into the facility. This is a 40
percent increase in volume overnight and was completed maintaining
LOS.
. Project lead for EIM/SHAPES
. Responsible for schedule selection quantities for the daily
schedule to maintain LOS.
7/99 - 7/02: Sears Holdings Inbound Operations Manager:
Responsible for the receipting of over 25 million cartons with a retail
value in excess of a billion dollars.

Processing: Responsible for balancing the flow of merchandise through the
center. Mentored new supervisors and group leaders.

1/97 - 9/97: Target Distribution Center Training and Staffing Manager:
