physicians and health care organizations. Most recently I worked directly with various Medicaid
Leaders to restructure the Bureau of Medicaid Operations who process Medicaid payments to

State of Utah – Medicaid - Assistant Finance Bureau Director: 08/2012 – 09/2013
• Provided financial oversight and staffing approvals for of all State of Utah Department of
Health Medical and Dental clinics
