Marine Corp Combat Training Center. I successfully completed IDD Team RSO &

effort to train and discuss K2 policy situations with trainers in my

Training assessment currently in use to evaluate the skills of trainers on

staff.

I have made a commitment at K2 to complete all basics/collar conditioning

on IDD's in training. I do not cut corners. I have trained Kevin Wood for

a seven month period in preparation for his current FSR assignment. I take

a great deal of pride in my opportunity at K2. I want to be the best at

producing an excellent product for K2 Solutions.

2010 to October 2011

Fayetteville, North Carolina

Salary: 60,000 USD Annual

Supervisor: Dwayne Beason, CSM Ret US Army Phone 910-***-****

Title: Career Specialist

National Organization on Disability had a "Memorandum of Understanding"

with Army AW2 program. Robert Massena and Dwayne Beason shared the case

load of 133 current cases of Wounded Army Soldiers. The mission was to

assist them in readjusting to life with a Disability. Manage and direct

each veteran to meet his career and family goals. NOD assisted with the

college application process, assisting with money management, resume

building, interview skills and interview preparation. Mr. Beason and I

found several of our "Wounded Soldiers" meaningful fulltime employment. We

had the opportunity to shape and reinvent the lives of many soldiers.

The majority of our veterans were Traumatic Brain Injury cases. This was a

rewarding, but difficult position. I left this position after meeting

Congressman Walter Jones on Capitol Hill while on a Public Relations visit

with Wounded Soldiers. Congressman Jones encouraged me to return to my

roots of Retriever Training to make a difference in the IDD program at K2

solutions.
