I have an extensive work history involving various skill sets developed over the past 24 years as my previous

work history has been in Accounting, Customer Service, and the Unites States Marine Corps. I am currently

attending USF for a major in MIS and have entry level knowledge of C#, Visual Studio the SDLC, and

application development. I have advance Excel VBA knowledge as I create VBA programs for my current

As an “out of the box” type thinker, I have independently improved many internal processes

personally for efficiency and have developed Excel Macros to assist personnel in virtually

every area of the accounting department. I have developed and improved processes ranging

in everything from day to day cash posting, printing multiple reports, creating statements,

and submitting batch invoices to clients with documentation attached, voiding checks and

reconciling firm invoicing history (and more).

Maintain client systems by submitting invoices and processing requests from clients related

to foreclosure, bankruptcy, and eviction invoices.

Create and examine client statements and processes to use as tools in managing and

maintaining collection efforts on multi-million dollar accounts in a fast paced environment .

Clear balances on accounts and process refunds, invoice credits, write offs and recoveries.
