discussions the final product was launched with success and the same was appreciated
by our HO.
At Family Health Plan Limited played key role in up gradation of claims and enrollment
modules from end to end process – claims reporting, entering in to the module, processing
settlement. Arranged meetings with Software developers with claims and enrollment
department. With the test cases suggested modifications were done wherever necessary.
With this software it has become easy for the users to Enrollment of members,
verification, issuance of ID Cards, link between enrollment and claims and settlement of
claims.
Involved in preparing screen shots for capturing the data for health proposals and claims at
Apollo DKV. Arrangement meeting with the Top Management, German team and stake
holders. Prepared the Minutes of Meeting. Test runs the data and suggestions wherever
necessary.
Involved in Implementing and trouble shooting for work flow process for generating the
quotes for the customers based on the information provided by the marketing staff
CHOLA Discussed and consulted various employees to draw the work flow. Arranged
meeting with the IT team with the Marketing team. Involved in generating Test cases for
property and casualty Insurance for Different Levels of Business.
Analyzed and prioritized user and business requirements, as system requirements, that
were included while developing the software at CHOLA
Working the data on Hadoop and Hive for quick results. This helped for accuracy of the desired
results. As these results are accurate using Hadoop and Hive on regular basis for generating the
statistics which required on monthly basis. Based on the statistics of Incurred Claims Ratio, profit
and loss accounts it is very easy for underwriters whether to accept the business or reject the
business or any suggestions can be made.
As the data in insurance the data is available very huge. With the available data analysis are done
with the help of Hadoop and Hive. Suggestions were provided to the higher authorities for better
results with the available analysis.
