Description PLC based project consists of main parts of automation like PLC,
Drives, Motors, Sensors, HMI etc.
Project was included as a final stage of any manufacturing
process.
This model was fully automatic separates the material based on
size and stamp the logo on appropriate size material and further
it is dispatch with the help of robotic Pneumatic arm

Role and Responsibility :
1) Work as a trainee automation engineer in swastika textiles engineers
pvt ltd. during 6th octomber 2012 to 10th june 2013. During that I
have to attain automation of textile processing machine. It was
manufacturing unit so I had to design panel drawing as per company's
standard in auto cad and also prepared wiring diagram (logic) in auto
cad as per machine working that auto manual or fully automatic. I have
work on DELTA,ABB make PLC and AC DRIVEto programmed. As a junior
level all in work there was full support of seniors. Also have to
handle machine shop and company's electrical maintenance. And indent
the item required electrical and instrumentation section.
2) Work as a field service and marketing engineer in MTS engineers pvt
ltd. from last 20th june 2013 to till date. It is basically a process
instruments(flowmeters, levelswitches, etc.) trading company. In that
I have to attend service support for installing according technical
data. Also have to do marketing of this instrumentation by attending
company's regular customer and also create new client by aware them
technically about our instruments according to their application.
