. I was tasked within the HR Department with working for two HR

Recruiters. At Xerox in Sandy there are approximately 30 or so

companies who have call centers. The HR reps for which I worked

had three or four call centers for which they were responsible for

the hiring. I ensured that all prospective employees that came in

were set up with computers and applied for the positions through

Xerox. After their applications were perused by the HR reps the

candidates then picked a position for which they wanted to work. I

ensured that those prospective employees started and completed all

testing required by that particular call center. I also did some

recruiting myself.
