SUBJECT: Letter of Reference for December 3, 2012

William (Bill) Kreitz

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is my personal recommendation for Bill Kreitz. I am Production Manager for a light

weight combat vehicle specifically manufactured for the US Marine Corps. I have had the good

fortune over the past six years to have Bill support this program as a Mechanical Manufacturing

Engineer responsible for developing manufacturing work instructions governing manufacturing

assembly, integration and test processes; recommending, reviewing and coordinating design

changes with the Vehicle Design Team; integrating new and changed components into

manufacturing documentation; training Assemblers and Mechanics; identifying and facilitating

manufacturing process improvements; working resolution of suppliers issues with Quality

Engineering and Procurement, and assisting the Vehicle Chief Engineer and Manufacturing

Program Manager as required to ensure complex chassis, suspension, braking, electrical,

hydraulic, air, and power pack design mix of customized and commercial off the shelf

components configurations are effectively and efficiently integrated into a uniquely complex

vehicle. We say farewell to Bill only because the engineering and manufacturing requirements

for this program are coming to an end.

I think it important to let you know that Bill willingly worked overtime on weekdays and on

weekends to support program requirements. He works efficiently individually and in Teams. Bill

is enthusiastic about his work, dedicated and loyal to the program and program Team.

I – we all are sorry to see Bill go, but as I said it is time for this program to end.

I highly recommend Bill for employment. He will be a valued asset in any organization.

Sincerely,

William L. Kreitz, Sr.
