The Human Resource Information System is an intranet based Management Information

System that is a framework of various applications of the client’s organization. This

system provides an online system to obtain complete insight into the employee

information by the HR and Senior Management executives. The Performance

Management consists of sub-modules: Goal Setting, Appraisals, Development Plan,

Rating, Assessment and Backup Identification. My involvement was with Appraisals and

Development Plan.

Responsibilities:

Implemented database packages and procedures for Appraisals reviews using

PL/SQL.

Developed user interface screens using Forms 6i to capture appraisal reviews.

Validate the review rating in consensus with Goal Setting.

Validate the appraisal proposal and development plan using Forms screens.

Involved with maintenance and new enhancement to this module.

Involved in developing unit test cases and perform unit testing of my modules.

Environment: H/w: Pentium O/s: SOLARIS 8, Windows NT S/w: Oracle 8i,Forms6i/Reports 6i,

SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, Shell Script and Pro *C.
