WORK EXPERIENCE: March 6, 2012-June 22, 2013 Niagara Bottling LLC
Production Supervisor, manage all aspects of the operation to bottle water. Includes Injection, Blow Molding, Bottling,
and Packaging functions. Involved with the day to day operations of the production, maintenance, and warehouse
personnel. Worked with the management team to solve long term problems.

Involved with the installation of WCM principles in the manufacturing environment, including operator based
maintenance and maintenance based operations. Manage a shift crew on a high speed glass bottling line. Managed the
scheduling maintenance tasks on shift. Managed the maintenance team members resolution of issues on a short and
long term basis. Managed the installation of dry lube on my assigned line. Knowledge of H & K Fillers, Krones
Topomatic Labelers, Alvey Depal and Palletizers.

Food and Beverage Production
Involved with the start up of the facility, including the layout and hiring of vending services for the cafeteria. Managed
the start up of three production lines and the re-tooling of a fourth line. During line start ups worked closely with
equipment vendors to resolve issues and bring equipment on line within set contractual levels. Worked with on line
maintenance team to resolve equipment issues, assisting in the replacement of parts, trouble shoot electrical issues,
and performing change over’s. Lines started up included the first production line in the plant, 1.0 and 1.5 ltr. a 24 oz
line and a high speed,1200 BPM, .5 ltr line. Line retooled was a 1 gallon line retooled to a 3 Ltr. line. Worked with
both equipment vendors, material suppliers and in house maintenance and engineering to increase the efficiency of a
2.5 gallon line form 60% to 85%. Knowledge of Krones Fillers and Labelers, Kister and Kayat packers, Alvey
Palletizers, Moen Boxmakers. Some knowledge of Husky Injection Molders and Sidel Blow Molders.

Managed all maintenance and facility functions in a 75,000 square foot facility in the manufacture of small electronic
components used in the medical industry. Responsible for the installation of all new equipment. Took the plant from a
manual operation to a fully automated operation. Established a Preventative Maintenance Program that reduced
downtime by 25%. For two years was environmental manager. Managed the installation of new process equipment
including, two high pressure steam boilers and three 50 HP Compressors.

Supervised three shift maintenance operation in a high reliability semiconductor packaging operation. Managed the
move from one building to another, starting full production weeks before actually scheduled. Worked with the
engineering group and outside equipment vendors to upgrade the production area. Set up PM programs for all
equipment using an in house PM system
