WORK EXPERIENCE:

Previous Position: Asst. Project Manger in Asian Oilfield Services Ltd (May

2011-Nov 2011).

Project: Mining Drilling Operation (Kumbhakonam, Tamil Naidu).

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring Drilling operations on site.

2. Maintaining Daily progress report and reporting to vice president of

the company.

3. Maintaining and measuring mud parameters such as per instruction

provided by mud engineer.

4. Describing and measuring the length of obtained core samples from core

catcher and providing a report to geologist of ONGC.

5. Also worked for Wireline logging operation.

6. Maintaining a good official relationship with clients.

7. Maintaining all records, logs and reports of operation related to

whole rig site.

8. Managing the crucial problems related to the shutdown of rig by

discussing with senior officials and performing in group within given

time.

Current Position: Jr.Geologist (Mud Logger) in Focus Energy Ltd (Feb 2012

- Till Date)

Project: Onshore Drilling (Jaisalmer, Rajasthan)

Rig: ZJ70, ZJ50LC, ZJ50LD

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring Drilling operations on site with help of wellwizard

software provided by weatherford.

2. Monitoring of mud levels, temperature calibration of inflow and out

flow for every 50mts and maintaining a geothermal gradient record of

the area drilled, mud weight and viscosity if required and providing

information of any changes related to the mud parameters to the

drilling fluid engineer.

3. Collection of cutting samples near shale shaker, from the proper

lagged depths and the proper intervals as required for evaluation.

4. Wet and washed samples are collected and stored according to lag

depths. Dry and Washed samples are divided into correct portions and

stored in various sample bags and trays. Miscellaneous samples are

stored when required.

5. Examine of cutting samples under microscope and lithology description

as per oil standards. Examine the HC show under fluoroscope.

6. Conduct hot water test, carbide test for lag time check, AgNO3 for

evaporates, cement staining, and alizaring red s test whenever

required.

7. Co-relation of Stratigraphy with the exploratory well or nearby wells.

8. Able to perform drilling calculation and inform to driller when

necessary.

9. Work according to the GTO report provided.

10. Can analyze the problem related to the wellbore operation such as

pressure fall, transport of cuttings or caving on surface, whether

right amount of cuttings being observed near shale shaker according to

the drilled depth, hookload, mud loss(Seepage, partial, severe),

surface loss, pressure down etc and report it to concerned officials.

11. Maintaining records such as Daily progress report of the operation,

chemical consumption of mud, mud parameters i.e. inflow and outflow,

gas data with lithology, lithology report, sample manifesto, mud-log

report, drilling log (12 hrs or 24hrs), time analysis, trip data,

deviation survey data, bit record, final well report, logging report,

BHA record.

12. Troubleshoot of SLS (Surface Logging Systems) installed at site.

13. Injection of mixture gas for gas calibration at the time of POOH or

RIH. Check the gas line during drilling if any present of moisture for

efficient gas readings.

14. Can perform the duties assigned as a Mud logger in an efficient manner

and active participation in safety meetings.

15. Able to work with good interpretation and analyzing skills.

16. Daily participate in tool box talk meetings and work according to HSE

standards.
