The jobs entailed replacing motors, working with 480 volts, running rigid and robroy pipe, and being a subcontractor with South Florida Water Management District. Installed generators and new equipment on new projects. Installed generators from the ground up at Sedanos Supermarkets. Installed underground tanks and new generator at Crescent Heights Development. Installed generator and above ground tank for Dade County Water and Sewer. Installed complete solar systems for MGI Solar.

As a field technician, maintained and replaced fuel systems at Exxon Mobile and BP gas stations;
replaced electronic components and fuel dispensers. Area covered was Port St. Lucie to the Keys.

As an electrician’s apprentice, performed all electrical work on new construction such as Eckerds and Walgreens; installed electrical conduits, all lights from the parking lot to the lights inside the store, main electrical breakers, store panels, light switches and receptacles.

Began my career as an assistant signalman, with promotions to signalman, maintainer, and lead maintainer.
As a lead maintainer, supervised three maintainers in my assigned territory from North Miami to Kendall. Assisted them on a daily basis and in monthly, quarterly, and yearly tests. On call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Worked with Fluke multimeters, Simpson 240, and T.S. 111 analog meters; troubleshot phase motion detectors and electrode units that controlled train signals.
