Mr. Leiken has more than 25 years of Environmental, Healthy, and Safety (EHS) compliance
and management experience. He has assisted many companies to successfully navigate the
complex world of EHS regulations, with planning, preparing, directing, and implementing EHS
programs to ensure a compliant and safe, healthy and accident-free work environment in
accordance with applicable federal, state, and local EHS regulations. He boasts diverse expertise,
including EHS compliance audits, hazard communication, injury and illness prevention, air
permitting and compliance, wastewater compliance, hazardous (RCRA) and Universal Waste
management, storm water pollution prevention (SWPPP), spill prevention and response (SPCC)
