Operation Supervisor:

• Supervise 50 to 60 associates and effectively manage all aspects of operations department; picking, packing, replenishment, receiving, and shipping for optimal performance.

Quality Control:

• Responsibilities include the setup of the quality control lab and testing forged gear racks for hardness penetration depth (HD) of inductive hardened steering racks.

• Test samples from each CNC machine to verify the hardness of the toothing and shaft of the steering rack.

• Use Rockwell and Vickers hardness scales to determine the hardness by measuring the depth of penetration of an indenter under a large load.

• Maintain detail quality reports of hardness and heat treatment tests and record test data on spreadsheet.
