• Extensive coordination of work flow crews: steel workers, electricians,

plumbers, carpenters, formwork specialists from Vancouver, B.C., steel and

concrete suppliers, concrete finishers, concrete placers, surveyors, shoring

people, heating and hoarding, and all relevant work groups present at the

construction of this significant Reinforced Concrete Struture.

• The AXXIS construction was a concentrated effort. Andries Castro was in

charge of the construction coordination and management at the site. This was

the only project given to Andries Castro until the structure was completed,

i.e. fast-tracked, under labor shortages, under close scrutiny due to another

tower crane across the street, limited space, and other difficulties.
