Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensures the application of, and compliance with HSE Policies and

Procedures;

- Contribute to the development and implementation of the HSE Management

system (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001);

- Participates in, and/ or facilitates and coordinates Task Risk

Assessments & Operations Risk Assessments;

- Assists with internal and external HSE Audits & Inspections;

- Assists with Technical HSE inputs for Incident Investigation, Incident

Review & Analysis;

- Manage systems for logging Non-conformance, complaints/ incidents,

investigate/ review/ analysis and recommend corrective / preventive

- Develop and implement SHUTDOWN Mandatory & selective HSE Training

and ensuring effective corrective / preventive action is implemented

- Enforce the use of safe work practices using corrective action and

recognition programs.

/e-mail.

- Help out Consultant Company (DNV) during the Gap Analysis and

Environmental Impact Assessment EIA.

- Co-ordination, communication and review of given tasks to the

Department's Representatives.

- Verify the development and implementation of policy,

Management System to fulfil the OHSAS' requirements.
