WORK EXPERIENCE

Home health aide, Macon, Ga.

January 2013 to December 2013

Help with mentally disabled and medically fragile Children by providing

their meals, bathing, feeding/cooking, and cleaning. Make sure each nurse

signs daily log sheets. Maintain records of patient care, condition,

progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with care

provider/foster parent that the children are assigned to. Administer

prescribed oral medications when needed. Entertain, converse with, or read

aloud to patients to keep them mentally healthy and alert. I also worked as

the nurse's asistant. I would take over the nurse's duties after she signed

out. Daily I would do pediatric trach care, give some patients nebulizer

treatment, feed patients using a feeding tube and feeding bag, give

medication to patients through feeding tube, help patient practice technics

assigned by the physical therapist, and ensure the over all wellbeing of

the patients.
