Account Executive
Duties Include: Calling business owners and selling them merchant services, cash advances, business
advances over the phone. Once they came on board with us, I would call them up and see how everything
is going. See if they have any questions or concerns about anything at all.
September 2012 – July 2013 AAA Arizona Phoenix, AZ
Light Service Driver
Duties Include: Every day doing a pre inspection of my work truck (check the tires, fluids, lights). I had
to make sure that I had all the proper tools and equipment on the work truck. I helped AAA members by
changing their tires, unlocking their car doors, giving them gas, jumpstarting their cars, testing their car
batteries and if they were bad than I would try and sell them a new battery. I would have to change out
their car battery if they bought one. On a battery sale, I would have to enter their information into the
computer, fill out a invoice for them, and process their payment cash, check or credit card. At the end of
my shift I would have to return all the equipment back to the yard and put it away, restock the truck with
new batteries and take out the old batteries, turn in all my paperwork, and send in all their information
from the computer. I had to do a post inspection of the truck by checking the tires, fluids, lights.
July 2008 – September 2012 Phoenix Battery Service Phoenix, AZ
Lead Driver
Duties included: Every morning I had to go through the batteries that were warranted out from the day
before and make sure the paperwork was filled out right. I had to get with my supervisor and go over our
sales from the day before and see how my team did. Than when my team got there in the morning I would
go over everything with them from the day before, and go over our sales goals for that day. Once a week I
would have a meeting with my team, go over any new company policies, sales goals, and where we stood
with the sales goals. I would randomly throughout the week show up on one of my guys calls and see how
he did on the call and if there was anything he needed to approve on. I helped AAA members by
jumpstarting their cars, and testing their batteries if it was bad, I would try and sell them a new battery. I
would have to enter their information into the computer, fill out a invoice, and process their payment by
cash, check, or credit card. At the end of my shift I would go through all my paperwork turn it all in, and
turn in all the equipment.
July 2007- December 2007 Arizona Wholesale Phoenix, AZ
Driver/Appliance Installer
Duties Included: Every day doing a pre-inspection of my work truck like
checking the tires, the fluids, and the lights. I would have to get my paperwork and
go find the appliances that I had to deliver that day. I would have to check the
model and serial number of the appliance to my paperwork. Once I found all my
appliances that were on my paperwork. I would have to load my truck, get my
tools, and make sure that I had all the parts that I needed. I would have to deliver
the appliances to new builds, find the supervisor, see where they had to go, install
the appliances, find the supervisor and have him come check my work. Once I was
done there and the supervisor signed off on it. At the end of my shift I would have
to go back to the warehouse unload the truck of garbage, my tools, and if we had
any damaged appliances.

Driver/Appliance Installer
Duties Included: Every day I would get my paperwork from the front office, than
head back to the warehouse. I would go find my appliances by my truck number
would be written on them. I would check my paperwork and make sure that I have
all the appliances that I needed. I would have to write down the serial number off
the box on my paperwork. I would have to load my truck with all the appliances,
go get the parts that I would need to install the appliances, and get my tools. I
would have to deliver the appliances to customer’s homes, and install them. If they
had any old appliances I would have to move them into the garage or load them
onto my truck and take them with me. At the end of my day I would have to go
back to the ware house unload all the cardboard, parts I didn’t use, any old
appliances, and turn my paperwork in.
October 2004-June 2005 Haskins Electric Phoenix, AZ
Helper
Duties Included: Every day I would get to the yard, get the paperwork for what
houses we were working on that day. I would check the truck and se how much
wire we had, if we needed any more. I would go to our shed and get the wire that I
needed for the day. I would drive to the job site, look and see if it was layed out yet
for us to start wiring the house. I would unload the truck and lay out the wire that
we needed for the house. Than I would get to work with my crew and we would
wire the new house. At the end of the day we would load up the truck and go back
to the yard. Turn in the keys, and the paperwork.
February 2003-October 2004 Service Time Phoenix, AZ
Technician
Duties Included: Every day I would get my paperwork, go through it and see what
all I had to do that day. I would go get my truck, make sure that I had all the parts
that I would need for the day. If there was something I didn’t have, I would go to
the parts store and pick it up. I would go run my calls, get to the house talk to the
customer see what was going on. Than go and see what was going on, see if I
could fix it, or if the whole unit needed to be replaced. I also would install new air
conditioners on customer’s homes. I also delivered and installed used appliances
that people bought from our show room.

Duties Included: I would bag customer’s groceries help them out to the car. I
would go get the grocery carts from the parking lot. I would stock the ice machine.
I would take the go backs and put them back up on the shelf.
R ECOGNI T ION
At AAA Arizona I was number one in sales 3 months in a row and won the quarter in sales. In January I
won a contest for who sold the most batteries and got floor seat tickets for a suns game. At Phoenix
Battery Service my team won most sales for the month 6 times in 2011.
