Objective: After being away 8 years, I will be returning to Michigan and

Qualifications: Blueprint and Schematics reading, repair of various

machines including: Nakashamata and Jern Yao Cold Heading machines. Set-up

Maintenance Lead:

Job duties: Maintain an orderly maintenance department, insuring all

equipment is maintained to fullest potential at all times, order parts in a

timely manner to insure minimal break downs, insure P.M. program is

followed and work orders are completed, work with the Maintenance

technicians to insure all procedures of safety are followed including:

confined space permits, hot work permits, lock out tag out, etc. Train

employees on plant safety, PPE, fork trucks, and walk behind pallet lifts.

Work close with the Quality department to insure all areas of the plant are

in good quality standards described in the SQF manual. Work close with USDA

to insure cleanliness is met in sanitation procedures. Work with and assist

the plant manager to insure daily requirements are met, track yield

numbers, waste, water usage, and chemical usage.

Maintenance Technician:

Job duties: Troubleshoot, repair and P.M. transfer presses, build various

sheet metal structures, order parts, work with vendors, general building

maintenance, respond to break downs on shop floor, work closely with

Supervisors and Quality Control. Install variable speed drives. Work with

P.L.C. programs, and smart relays. Repair, rebuild and p.m. tool room

machines as needed including C.N.C machines, surface grinders, I.D.O.D

grinders, and E.D.M machines.

Job Duties: Troubleshoot, repair, and P.M. food processing equipment, and

high speed bottling production lines. Troubleshoot electrical systems,

120/240 volt single phase, 240/480 three phase. Sanitary stainless steel

speed drives, rebuild pumps, and motors.
