Objective:

The Production Manager provides leadership to a production team in the attainment of goals

Production Manager leads the department by creating optimal work environment for a quality

manufacturing, and shipping of paper.

requirements.

• Ensure proper maintenance of stationary and all mobile equipment.

• Respond and manage with comercial deparment, the customer issues as needed.

Maintenance Manager

• Responsible for the overall operation of the Mill’s maintenance, mechanical, and

electrical/instrumentation activities.

• Establish and support measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Mill.

Generate a maintenance report monthly.

• Plan, manage and evaluate the operation and activities in the different areas.

• Coordinate maintenance and service activities with production departments, to obtain

optimal production and utilization of manpower, machines and equipment.

Reduction during the first year, the maintenance cost about 25% (1M€).

Reduction

• Revise maintenance schedules and priorities, to correlate with equipment efficiency

and/or operating issues. Lead special projects, as improvements on energy

(electrical/steam).

Reduction the electrical energy under 10% applying new systems of sealing,

upgrading efficiency in pumps.

Increase MTBR upper than 35% in rotating equipments like pumps, filters and

electrical motors.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

• Develop proposals to include scope, schedule and cost estimates.

• Seek, recognize, define, and solve problems to achieve department objectives.

• Lead different projects to the general shutdown of plant once by year with all suppliers

around 500 operators.

• Provide technical oversight to installation contractors.

• Provide startup support and troubleshoot installed systems

• Responsible to the alliance contract with the following customers: Dow Chemical,

Dupont Ibérica, IQA Lsd and Repsol Tarragona.

• Responsible to look for new opportunities in the site and provide procedures to

increase the reliability and decrease the maintenance cost of the plants.
