Construction, Field Engineering, Plant Operation and Maintenance and
Quality Control Inspection. Enhancement of Civil / Structural / Mechanical
/ Electrical and Piping works specifically in HYDROCARBONS, POWER,
INFRASTRUCTURE and MINING construction and development projects. Overseas
works focused mainly on Estimating/Quantity Surveying/Quality Control
Inspection with Saudi Aramco and AGIP KCO in Kazakhstan. Very familiar with
corporate estimating procedures and process with contract management and
associated tools in the construction contracting aspect of major On-Shore
Oil and Gas Plant and Facilities projects, Mining, Infrastructure and Major
Equipment Installations with the requirement of contract terms and project
reporting. Highly experienced of working on in a Lump sum / Turn Key, Re-
measurable EPC contracts for large construction sites and in a multi-
cultural work environment.

August 2013 Cost Estimator - ARAMCO Overseas Co. BV.
- Present
Rabigh 2 Project -A joint venture between Saudi ARAMCO & Somitomo
Chemical Company. This project consist of the expansion of the
ethane cracker and building new aromatics complex, will use
additional 30 million standard cubic feet per day of ethane and
approximately 3 million tons per year of naptha as feedstock to
produce a variety of high value-added petrochemical products. Each
plant will be brought on stream as it becomes available for
operation beginning the first half of 2016.
* Provide overall estimating technical expertise
as well as supervision leadership required.
* Conduct reviews of estimates developed by
estimating engineers and/or analyst to ensure
accuracy and thoroughness.
* Prepare and plan the estimate.
* Provide/ensure a consistent approach to all
functions of estimating for both tenders and
contracts.
* Identify interfaces and timing for estimate
production.
* Check the availability, scope and quality of
technical and other information.
* Prepare concise estimates indicating all
required financial information available,
confident all financial and commercial aspects
have been considered in injunction with COMPANY
Engineering and Management Specialists and
Departments.
* Prepare for each funded project the Initial
Control Estimate for each contract as a basis
for Cost Control from which future forecasts
and trends can be developed in support of the
Project Cost Engineering function.
* Maintain and update estimating statistics, and
data thus providing comprehensive and reliable
source of information in order to achieve total
estimate values that can be utilized with
confidence.
* Ensure that all classification of estimates are
developed where necessary and that basic costs
are defined and comply with specifications
including work / cost breakdown structure (WBS)
in accordance with Company and/ or Client
Procedures.
* Prepare estimated coded in accordance with the
Company Cost Coding structure for project
standardization and data feedback.
* Prepare estimate for Management Review and
Approvals, in accordance with Company
Procedures.

SAMREF Clean Fuels Project - SAMREF will undertake modifications
to its Yanbu Refinery in Saudi Arabia to comply with the 2013
mandatory specifications for gasoline with 10 ppm sulphur, 10%
benzene and diesel with 50 ppm. In addition, diesel with 10 ppm of
sulphur will be mandatory by 2016.
* Validation and signoff of Contractor takeoffs
on cost summaries against IFC engineering
drawings, schedules or equipment lists.
* Audits of claimed quantities installed and
signoff of payment certificates, with
responsible superintendent.
* Regular review of the forecast contract key
quantities by discipline by Contract per the
PBOQ. Forecast quantities are published thru
the Engineered Quantity tracking reports
reviewed and issued from the Detail Design
Project Controls group.
* Issue forecast data to Lead Cost Engineer for
inclusion by monthly trending.
* Provide check estimates against Contractor
priced items. This will take the form of audit
of Contractor's submitted quantities and
pricing. Where necessary (large value or new
items where existing comparative pricing is
unavailable) additional quotations will be the
sourced if available from other companies.
* Normalization of Contractor or other estimate
information to the budget man-hours in the
baseline project estimate.
* Audit man-hours on Contractor Cost Summaries,
overall man hour forecast information.
* Establishment of new contract rates and
preparation of in-house estimates of the
potential variation.

materials and changes in the scope of work and
any other specifications.
* Coordinate, verify and keep track of third
party service on day-to-day basis directly
hired by CLIENT in the situation wherein the
subcontractor is unable to perform and meet the
project deadline.
* Verify approved third party invoices, liaison
with them and check if the services are back
chargeable to the subcontractor.
* Maintain records of the free issue materials,
manpower and equipment sourced the company when
the subcontractor is unable to directly source
the same.
* Maintain accurate records and data to unable
the Construction Manager to resolve contractual
conflicts and disputed claims with the
subcontractors.
