> Studying technical as well as vessel construction drawing for

production.

> In charge of Carpentry work, outfitting jobs, ventilation systems,

Alignment of machinery seating etc.

> Reporting to the higher management.

> Handling Under Water Work such as: -

. Fitment of the Anodes, tyre fender fitting Bow Thruster Gratting,

Sea chest gratting,Tanks pressure testing, hose testing etc.

> Load testing of eye pad of Cargo Holding, M/dk D Ring Load Testing..

> Liaising with Quality Assurance Department as well as Class agencies

like BV, and Owner's Representatives for acceptance Unit Alignment,

Dry survey of Unit,.

> Insulation, partition work, Flooring, Floating Floor work, ceiling,

Furniture Installation etc

Job Responsibilities:-

> Preparation of schedule for reviewing the progress of work & revising

the schedule and distribute of work as per schedule.

> According to requirement of the project prepare work scheduled for

time management.

> Study the drawings & prepare material list to reduce wastage and to

prioritize the task.

> Distribute the work among the group to achieve the target. Take review

of the work & implement best suitable method to maintain quality & to

achieve productivity.

> Liaising & co-coordinating with Quality control & Class Agencies as

well as Owners Representatives for approval of jobs undertaken.

> STEEL WORK, OUTFITTING, INTERIROR, AIR CONDITION DUCT, & SAFTY

ALLPLIACE :

> Planning: Manpower, material planning for steel fabrication work (40

ton block) as per the design drawing.

> Production and Execution : From Steel cutting stage to Erection stage

> Production control and quality assurance: By micro scheduling and

monitoring, production - quality assurance as per Classification

requirement (IACS) standard.

> Coordinating with design for modification during production stage.

> Co-coordinating material procurement as per requirement during

production stage and shipbuilding stage.

> Co-ordination with with ship-owner representative for inspection,

modification and converting to re-design to execution.

> Evaluation of work and cost.

> Appraisal of sub-ordinate.
