for injured workers employed by the State of Florida. Utilized the Criteria
Based Model, obtaining objective relevant medical findings to support need
for treatment. Making all contacts (Injured worker, employer, providers and
adjuster ) within the first 24 hours Utilized strong assessment skills to
obtain all pertinent information from all contacts to facilitate
appropriate high quality medical care with cost saving by utilization of
