I would like to recommend Cristina Chiorecu as a candidate for a position with

your organization. In her various position(s) with the harbor View Hotel, I had the

pleasure of working with Miss Chiorescu when she assisted in the Food &

Beverage department. Cristina was a direct report to me as the Director of

Outlets/Dining Operations Manager. She was employed in our organization from

2012 and part of the 2013 season.

Cristina did an excellent job in whatever position that was assigned to her

inclusive but not limited to housekeeping supervisor; banquet/catering server as

well as a server in both the casual themed dining as well as fine dining. I found

Cristina to be a significant and valuable asset to the operation within the areas

mentioned above. During her tenure with the harbor View Hotel, I found Cristina

had the ability to interact and connect with associates and guests alike in a non-

scripted manner (relaxed).

She is extremely organized, can work independently and is able to follow through

to ensure that the job gets done. Cristina would be an asset to any employer and I

recommend her for any opportunity/endeavor she chooses to pursue.

I would also feel compelled to hire her in the future for a position in any industry

that required the skill set of being able to think on ones feet and manage the most

difficult of challenges presented to her.
