Self-Motivation& Enthusiasm
I am enthusiastic, conscientious, self-motivated and have a strong social conscience. I have
raised funds for Christies Hospital (Cancer Research) in Manchester, Action Duchenne, and The
Sheffield Royal Blind Society.Maintaining a high physical fitness level has made it possible for me
to complete twice in the Sheffield Half Marathon and play for the University of Sheffield Men’s
Soccer Team.
Problem Solving
I anticipate potential problems by having several contingency plans. At Jard Property I solved a
major parking issue by obtaining a long term parking contract with a local municipality in order to
complete a lease with a national tenant who previously had no parking. At Camp America I
produced alternate plans for changing weather conditions.
Knowledge of Budgeting
At Jard Property Management, I prepared ten year cash flow projections on commercial
properties. In the University of Sheffield’s Management Society, I prepared and monitored the
budget to ensuring that there were no cost overruns.
