Project 1: My primary role on this project was working on conversion of ICD-9 CM and PCS codes to ICD-10 (Clinical
Modification and Procedure Coding System) codes and conversion of all EDI HIPAA X12N-4010 transactions to HIPAA
X12N-5010 version and prepares necessary supporting mapping/crosswalk documents as part of project deliverables.
Project 2: Client had requested changes in mapping application to automate updates for coverage based upon the
responses of the member to the in-house Enrollment Assessments and the closure of currently enrolled cases, primarily
to incorporate the Health Home Program into the current process, correct data errors resulting and to avoid additional
data errors.
Responsibilities:
• Performed Requirement Analysis by gathering both functional and non-functional requirements based on
interactions with the process owners & stake holders and document analysis, represented them in Requirements
Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Engaged in different phases of SDLC of the project executing Agile methodology of iterative software

registration, patient scheduling, and medical insurance checking, claims processing, and reporting. It eliminated
redundant, manual data entry and provided up-to-date control of patient accounts and physician practice. The system also
provided reporting services to generate internal business reports.
