and that they meet published bill rate requirements.

Supplier program sub arrangements. Evaluate, monitor and optimize

supplier performance.

ensure compliance with Background Investigation and Drug Screening to

. Successfully managed and completed the transitioning of 154 contractors

for Bristol-Myers Squibb and 72 contractors for Shell Oil in support of

at least 2 million in new revenue to EDS.

. Improved and implemented new contractor raise requests guidelines which

require more detailed business justification and a higher level of

approval. This is more in line with company employee raise guidelines

and reduces the average contractor raise to 3% or less annually.

. Facilitated and managed ERO contractor process in 2007/2008 and

implemented new process flow for continual maintenance.

. Created and published presentation of streamlined new business

transition process outlining different team roles and responsibilities

to Contractor Services, HR Business Development, and Supply Chain

Management.

. Managed cost savings for my region in the amount of $1.3 million on new
